Once your payment has been received, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. This will usually be the next working day, subject to stock availability. If for any reason there is a major delay with the expected delivery time, we will contact you with full details and an estimated delivery time. You have the option of standard or express delivery and you can choose to have your order dispatched to an alternative address. Postage costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process. Whether you are buying for yourself or someone special, all products are individually gift wrapped in delicate pink tissue paper and placed in a beautiful black organza bag. A premium gift wrapping service is also available on request. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Your goods will normally be dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail First Class and should arrive within 2-5 working days.

International Orders

Your goods will normally be dispatched the next working day via Airmail and should arrive within 4-7 working days. International parcels are not covered by the Royal Mail postal service. Optional insurance can be purchased on request and we will provide you with a tracking number to track your goods.

We accept orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at the delivery rate of £3.00 per order. For delivery times please refer to the BFPO website. To ensure that your order arrives safely and that the correct delivery rate is applied, please enter your delivery address details as follows:

Title: Enter the rank and service number of the recipient
First name / Last name: Enter the full name of the recipient
Country: Always select UK
Address: Enter the Company, Regiment, location and country
Post code: Enter the BFPO number (e.g. BFPO 123)
