Out of Stock Products
We aim to have all products in stock ready for immediate shipment. If we are out of stock of a particular product but expecting further deliveries from the manufacturer, you can still place an order for it. The wait time for new stock is usually 1-2 weeks, but can sometimes be a bit longer. If it does, then we will email to let you know with the option of either continuing to wait or cancelling your order. Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We cannot control this, but will always let you know if we cannot fulfil your order. If part of your order is not in stock, we will split the products and ship what we can straight away - subject to payment authorisation of course. The exception to this is if an outstanding product belongs to a matching set, then we will keep the matching products back (but still reserved for you) until we can send you the complete set. You will also only be charged once for shipping, regardless of whether we have to split your order.

Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched the next working day and is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. You will only be charged once per order for delivery, however many separate shipments we make to you.

Standard Delivery: Your goods will normally be dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive within 2-5 working days*. The delivery for international orders takes longer. Your goods will normally be dispatched the next working day via Airmail and should arrive within 4-7 working days, depending on which country you are ordering from. If you still do not have your goods after the stated time, please check with your local mail delivery office, who may be holding the parcel. Alternatively, in the UK and some other countries, parcels are sometimes left with a neighbour if you were out when delivery was attempted. If no-one is in when your order is delivered, and it cannot fit through your letter box, then the parcel will normally be taken back to the carrier's delivery office for collection. You should be left a calling card with instructions on how to either collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery.

* Many orders arrive next day, and most will be delivered within the 2-3 working days shown. If you still do not have your order after 5 working days, and have checked with your neighbours and local Royal Mail delivery office please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

Express mail: If no-one is available to sign for the parcel when it is delivered, then this will be taken back to the carrier's delivery office for collection. You should be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect it or arrange re-delivery.

Customs, Duty & Taxes
You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty - if any - depends on the type of goods and their value. Some products can be imported without paying any duty at all. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they might be. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union.
