Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your goods but if you are not completely happy with a product* for whatever reason then we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it is returned to us unused and in its original condition & packaging. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will supply you with the return address. Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. UK customers may also obtain a Certificate of Posting.

Please note that you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

UK returns need to be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.
For orders shipped to addresses outside the UK we need to receive your return within 20 days. 10 days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

* There are certain products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons e.g. earrings.

Faulty Goods
If you receive a product from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is not your fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to return it to us so that we can investigate the fault. We will then contact you to agree the best resolution.

How to Cancel (UK customers only)
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, you need to do so in writing. Please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it us, stating the order number and giving your clear instruction to cancel the order. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the items and send them back to us to the relevant return address. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification. Please take care of the goods while in your possession.

Returning goods on which duty has been paid
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. If you have any queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.
